Born and raised in Washington, DC and Montgomery County, Nelson knows the neighborhoods, schools and amenities of the DC metro area with the intimacy of a native Washingtonian.

Nelson joined real estate following 20 years of experience in the automotive industry for several luxury brands including Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Bentley, BMW and Aston Martin. He brings exceptional skills in negotiating and client service to his real estate business. Nelson enjoys working with a diverse clientele and helping them navigate Montgomery County’s active and competitive real estate market.

Nelson understands that real estate is about much more than selling houses; it’s about building relationships. Focused and detail-oriented, he is dedicated to helping sellers maximize the proceeds from their homes and to guide buyers successfully on their path to home ownership.

When he’s not listing or selling property, Nelson enjoys playing basketball and attending football, baseball and hockey games. He especially enjoys spending time with his family. Fluent in Spanish, Nelson is proud to be of Colombian descent and a first-generation American.
